Holistic Trauma Therapy
For Women By Women

Online and in Nelson, British Columbia

I believe you

Women commonly experience childhood, relational, sexual and medical trauma, in addition to widespread silencing, dismissal, and isolation.

→ In defence, we can find ourselves people pleasing, masking, shrinking, doubting ourselves and inevitably, burning out.

→ We can feel stuck, anxious, angry, exhausted, ashamed and hopeless as a result; struggling with tension, pain and illness.

You can take your life back into your own hands, reclaiming your body, intuition and power.

→ Holistic therapy can support you in understanding what your body needs to heal, with somatic practices that help your nervous system to actually shift.

→ Ritual and ceremony reconnect us with agency in our healing paths. We reconnect to the cycles and seasons of nature as a balm and a guide.

Hi, I’m Cassie

I'm a queer artist, witch, yoga therapist, and psychotherapist living in Nelson, British Columbia, and working with clients virtually across Canada.

My life’s work is to help you take your life back from your abusers so that you can live the life you long for. I want you free — at your full power and potency, because I know that the world needs you.

We can’t erase what happened to you, but we can prevent it from stealing any more from you than it already has. I believe healing lies beyond survival and coping, in returning to your wholeness and magic. We start right from where you are, and unravel the internalized lies of patriarchy strand by strand.

I've spent a decade studying trauma and somatic healing and working with sexual assault survivors, but I also know this work from the inside. I understand what it's like when the day feels like an impossible mountain to climb.

Healing takes time, but it is possible.

Sister’s Women’s Health services are dedicated to the rising power of women, witches, and survivors. May we remember our connection to the elements, nature, and each other.
