Sister Women's Health Collective

Sister is located on the traditional, unceded territories of Sinixt, Ktunaxa, Sylix and Secwepemc peoples in what is called Nelson, BC. May this land be returned to their stewardship and care.

Cassie Connor, M.A. is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT), a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
